All our perfumes are carefully inspected before shipping.
Product images on the website are for illustration; actual packaging or color may differ slightly.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless agreed by WB Fragrance.
3. Customized Perfumes
Customized perfumes are final sale. Since they are made specially according to your request (brand name, impression, or bottle image), they are not eligible for refund or return.
Customized orders will only be replaced if the product is faulty, damaged, or leaked during delivery.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made through the available payment methods at checkout.
In case of payment failure or fraud detection, WB Fragrance reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within the mentioned timeframe, but delivery dates may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
WB Fragrance is not responsible for delays once the product is handed over to the courier.
6. Returns policy
Our Return Policy applies to eligible products (wrong product delivered or damaged one)
Testers, samples, and customized perfumes are not refundable.
To initiate a return/exchange, customers must fill out the official Return Form available on our website.
7. Limitation of Liability
WB Fragrance is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by perfumes. We recommend patch-testing before full use.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or delays caused by third-party courier services.

All content on this website (logos, designs, product descriptions, and images) is the property of WB Fragrance.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. User Responsibilities
