WB Fragrance – Replacement & Return Policy

At WB Fragrance, we guarantee that all our perfumes are 100% original. Since perfumes are delicate products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, we will arrange a replacement.

When Replacements Apply
Parcel delivered broken or visibly damaged.
Perfume bottle leaking or damaged during transit.
Wrong product received.

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customized perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable (brand name, impression name, or bottle image).
